Meet Rachel, your new guide. She’s taught for years in Boston’s top studios and brings the same energy and creativity to Relevé home workouts. Rachel blends barre, yoga, and Pilates into effective low-impact workouts designed to strengthen your body, calm your mind, and make you feel good from the inside out.
Her goal is simple: to help you feel
strong and confident both on and off the mat.

Barre
